De-masculinise

Just a thought.

Retail seems to be run by men.

It was when I was a young trainee, and even how in Australia it still seems to be the same.

At the shopfloor level, however, you actually find a preponderance of women. And shoppers (most stores) are probably 60%-70% female.

But looking at the retail environment, all I see is testosterone. I don’t want to lead your thinking in this respect, but just have a look around next time you wander through a shopping centre.IMG_4711
